Data Explorer Enhancements

Also available in: Español

The Global Fund Data Explorer now includes multicountry grants, features an improved filter search, and has other minor improvements aimed at making it easier to use the site and access data. These enhancements are part of site’s latest release.

We continue to expand and evolve the Data Explorer and welcome feedback, which you can send through the site.

The Data Explorer visualizes where Global Fund investments are and what they achieve by providing grant financial and results data at global, regional and country levels. The data behind the Data Explorer and our API are available through the Global Fund Data Service.

Mosquito nets distributed, dollars disbursed, programs implemented by the private sector – many factors contribute to saving lives. The results of the Global Fund partnership take many forms, and we measure those results through data.

Today we launch a new way to experience and harness that data: the Global Fund Data Explorer.

The Data Explorer site visualizes where Global Fund investments are and the impact they achieve by providing grant financial and results data at global, regional and country levels. It features a state-of-the-art interface, interactive charts, and accessibility on desktop and tablet devices. It replaces the Grant Portfolio on theglobalfund.org, which will be discontinued in June 2019.

The Data Explorer advances the Global Fund’s commitment to a high degree of transparency, highlights our partnership’s broader contribution to global health, and shows the urgency of accelerating efforts to do more to end the epidemics.
