Panel on lesson learned from regional responses

Monitoring of the Transition Plans in LAC

In this afternoon session, James Cole shared the StopAIDS’s approach about “a sustainable successful transition.”

As a second step, Liz Aldana, LAC Platform Consultant, shared the general lines of a LAC Platform Transition Plan Tool and she facilitated a small groups reflection to the participants exchanged experiences on: their participation in the development and implementation of transition plans and possible forms of involvement in monitoring the fulfillment of priority objectives for communities.
