Description: Meaningful engagement and inclusion of people most affected by HIV, TB, and malaria are crucial to ensuring that Global Fund investments are evidence-based and built on a strong rights-based approach. It is also critical that issues such as gender and lifecycle become cross-cutting themes in funding requests and grants. Meaningful engagement of communities and key populations is fundamental in the development of grant proposals to the Global Fund. For that reason, this tool centers on Component: Short-Term Technical Assistance, focused on the Grant Cycle 7 (GC7).
