Description: This guide is intended to support the inclusion of community-led monitoring (CLM) in funding requests to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and related country and regional consultations, dialogues and strategy documents. It was developed by IAS – the International AIDS Society – with advice and support from the Global Fund Community Rights and Gender (CRG) Department and the HIV Team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and with reviews and input from many others.
