Description:  This decision-making guide supports the conceptualization and design of effective community systems strengthening (CSS) interventions for HIV, TB and malaria to include in the Global Fund funding request. The guide is part of the CSS Technical Brief, which contains extensive information and definitions of priority interventions. The intended audience of this guide are communities, Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs), funding request writing committees and other stakeholders involved in the development of the Global Fund funding request.
